Design Criteria and Engineering Standards
The Town of Whitby has created building outline criteria and building measures as direction for counseling engineers on configuration issues under the purview of People in general Works Office. This incorporates storm waste, Town of Whitby streets, parcel reviewing, fencing, and road lighting, among others.
Separate outline criteria and rules that may apply to a specific undertaking are accessible from: Local District of Durham (Sterile Sewer, Watermains and Territorial Streets), Whitby Hydro (Electrical Appropriation) Town of Whitby Arranging Division, Area of Durham Arranging Office, CLOCA/MNR (Conduits and Ecologically Touchy Zones), MTO (Commonplace Roadways), Railways and different powers when required.
