With entire building outline, the task group can be guided at the end of the day by an aggregate vision. This structure, alongside the procedure by which the configuration group cooperates, has been termed by Bill Reed as the "Composite Expert Developer". The term recasts the chronicled single Expert Manufacturer as a differing gathering of experts cooperating towards a typical end. The aim is to bring the majority of the authorities together, permitting them to work as though they were one personality. The procedure stays away from, as Mario Salvadori says, the "corresponding lack of awareness" of the masters in the outline and building field.
